Directed by Don Bluth; executive produced by Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, Kathleen Kennedy, and Frank Marshall. Released in 1988, and I'm sure I saw it sometime in the late 80s or early 90s, but it's still not something I really consider nostalgic, because I don't remember it very well. (Then again, there are plenty of other movies I don't remember any better than this one, which I somehow still consider nostalgic, so I dunno.) Anyway, I'm re-watching it in 2025 to write a review (coming soon).

This theatrical movie is the first in a long-running franchise of direct-to-video sequels, none of which I've seen. And I don't really have much interest in them.
