This came out in 2013, but I didn't see it until 2018, when I discovered it on "Halloween Short Films" (which posted it in 2015). After watching it there, I looked for links to put in a review, and found that it was also on Fun Size Horror, which makes me think I should look at more of the films that site shows that aren't originals of theirs.

Anyway... there's a woman named Alison who is Skypeing with her friend Jenna on Halloween. Alison sees a shadowy figure behind Jenna, and warns her. At first Jenna thinks she's joking, but then she goes to check it out. Things go very badly for Jenna, and Alison calls 911. Beyond that, I don't want to spoil anything that happens, except that there's a twist ending. And it's pretty horrifying.

This also seems to be, possibly, part of a web anthology series called "Scary Endings." I'm not sure. It's certainly related in some way, even if it's not officially a part of the series. I'll be looking into that.
