This was released theatrically in 2007, with the feature film "National Treasure: Book of Secrets." I first saw it in 2018, on the "Walt Disney Animation Studios Short Films Collection." It's done in the style of Goofy's "Everyman" (or "how to") shorts from the 1940s/50s (some of which I saw on The Wonderful World of Disney when I was a kid in the 1980s, and possibly the early 90s).

So... Goofy decides to go to an electronics store called Shiny Stuff to buy a home theater system, on which to watch a football game. Of course, like the old cartoons, the story is mostly narrated by, you know, a narrator. And um... the humor is mainly visual, watching Goofy try to buy stuff and set stuff up. It's all the height of redonkulousness, which is awesome. And if you're at all familiar with the old cartoons, it has an intensely nostalgic feel. Really, that's all I can say about it. It's pretty simple, but it's super fun.
