Milk & Cookies (2:35)

I saw this on Crypt TV in 2017, but didn't bother writing up an entry for it at the time. It's about a young girl named Crystal who's staying with her father at Christmas, though I guess she spends some of her time living with her mother (they're divorced). Crystal is very spoiled by her mother, and is angry that her father won't let her eat the milk and cookies he left out for Santa Claus. That night, Crystal gets out of bed and goes into the living room... where Santa turns out to be a monster, who eats her. Anyway, it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't be bothering to mention it at all, except that in 2018, there was a sequel.
Milk & Cookies: Walter's Revenge (9:11)
Facebook; IMDb; YouTube
It begins with a young girl named Kenley being eaten by the Santa-creature, which is witnessed by her sister, Delaney. The story then flashes forward six years. Delaney is now a teenager, and she's gathered her friends Jackson, Marlee, and Carl to help her kill the creature. (She calls it "Walter," though I have no idea why. She's apparently spent the past six years researching the creature, so maybe she learned his name somehow, or maybe she just made it up.) When Walter finally shows up, he eats another girl who came by, thinking Delaney had excluded her from a party. But eventually the kids manage to capture and apparently kill Walter, and Delaney makes a phone call to someone named Alice Q, who is supposed to come pick up Walter's body. So, that's intriguing. I'd really like to know who this Alice Q is, but we never actually see her. Anyway, this short is funnier and kind of cooler than the original. And I suspect we haven't seen the last of Walter (especially since he seems to be included in Crypt TV's "Crypt Monster Universe").
