This is arieScope's 17th annual Halloween short, but Halloween is barely mentioned in it, so I don't count it as a Halloween short so much as a horror/comedy short.

A young boy goes to bed at night, obviously afraid of monsters. He jumps into bed and immediately gets under the covers... and it soon turns out that there in fact are three monsters in his room who want to get him. But they can't. Because, you know... there are rules. Or whatever. I don't know what else to say, but it's really funny. Really. And Jeff Lewis is in it.
