So, I guess this was released as a DVD that came with some toys, in 2010. But I didn't see it until 2017, on YouTube. It's sort of done in the style of the 1970s "Super Friends" TV series. And it might be seen as a sort of pilot or precursor to the 2011 webseries DC Super Friends, though that had a different cast and animation.

Anyway... the Super Friends' Hall of Justice is in the finishing stages of construction, when Superman and Batman go to inspect the progress. They get trapped in the hologram training room, which the Joker has taken over. There they must fight a holographic Solomon Grundy and mud monsters. Meanwhile, other members of the Super Friends, including Cyborg, Flash, Green Lantern, and Hawkman, are out on patrol, when they receive a distress signal from Batman. They return to the Hall of Justice, and face some individual battles of their own, before they can finally try to help Superman and Batman. And I dunno what else to say, except that it was all reasonably amusing.
