This played in theaters before "Cars 3" in 2017. It's available on the DVD & Blu-ray of that movie, as well as the Pixar Short Films Collection volume 3. The latter is where I first saw the short, in 2024. The short has essentially no dialogue. There's a playground bully named J.J. who steals toys from other kids. "Lou" is apparently an anthropomorphic assemblage of items from the lost and found box. It takes J.J.'s backpack, and he tries to get it back. Eventually he realizes he should give back all the things he had stolen. It's kind of a weird short film, but ultimately I guess it has a good message, and it's kind of fun.
