This played in theaters before Up (to which the short is not related). It's available on the Up DVD, as well as the Pixar Short Films Collection, volume 2. I must have first seen it on the "Up" DVD, but didn't write a proper review at the time. I watched it years later on the short films collection, and by then nothing about it was familiar to me. It's about anthropomorphic clouds that create babies (of every species), and the storks that deliver them. The story focuses on one cloud that always makes dangerous babies, and the bedraggled stork that has the misfortune of delivering them. I guess the short was reasonably amusing and cute, and I felt bad for the stork. The ending was sort of sweet, and I like the relationship between this particular cloud and stork.
