I saw this on the webpage for the Hallmark Channel movie Northpole (which is the name of the town where Santa and Mrs. Claus live, along with all the elves). The website calls this the most popular cartoon in Northpole, and it definitely seemed to me like the kind of thing the elves there would like. It's very cute and sweet. And... it seems like a single episode of an ongoing series. This ep is called "Yeti or Not." But I don't expect anyone who doesn't actually live in Northpole (that is, anyone who exists in real life) will ever get to see any other episodes. But that doesn't matter. I enjoyed this one episode. Which isn't really Christmasy, but it's certainly wintry.

So, there are these four young friends: a seal named Cupcake, a fox named Flitter, a penguin named Jaz, and a polar bear named Snowby. One morning they're building a snowelf, when they discover the candy cane they'd brought to use as its nose has vanished. Their search leads to some large footprints. They abandon their search for the candy cane, but the thing that had stolen it, and made the tracks, follows them back into town. It turns out to be a yeti who just wants to make some friends, but it's not easy, because they're all scared of him. But it does have a happy ending, of course....
