This was Pixar's third short film, made in 1988, and it became the first CGI short film to win an Oscar. It's available in the collection "Tiny Toy Stories" (1996), the VHS/DVD release of Toy Story 2 (2000), and "Pixar Short Films Collection vol. 1" (2007), the latter of which is where I first saw the short, in 2022. The concepts from the short led to the creation of Pixar's first feature film, Toy Story, in 1995.
The film has no dialogue. There's a one-man-band tin toy that fears a baby who is rough with his toys. He tries to get away, and the baby chases him. Eventually the toy hides under a couch, where there are a bunch of other frightened toys. But then there's a plot twist that I don't want to spoil. I'll just say the film is fairly cute, amusing, and endearing (even if the design of the baby is a bit creepy).
