This 2017 short film was presented by Alter in 2019.

This is set at Christmas, but aside from the decorations, that's not important. A woman named Claire goes to a bar for a date with a man named Nick, whom she apparently met on a dating website. They go back to her place, and she soon gets out an axe and chases him around her house. He seems terrified, but there's a twist ending I don't want to spoil. I thought the story ended up being a kind of neat departure from most horror films, not really predictable, fairly unique. Plus there's a fun montage after the story ends, involving the whole neighborhood of Foxwood.
