This 2011 short film was presented by Crypt TV in 2016 on facebook and 2017 on YouTube.

I actually first saw this in 2014, as part of the 2013 anthology film The Penny Dreadful Picture Show. It was also shown on the Fun Size Horror website in 2015, and of course, later shown on Crypt TV. Anyway... a man brings home an old Jack-in-the-box, which he finds nostalgic, but his wife just finds it creepy. That night, when they're asleep in bed, the man wakes up and goes to investigate a noise... and beyond that, anything I could say would be spoilers. So I'll just say it's definitely a creepy little film, but also a bit silly (without actually being funny). I guess it was okay, but I still prefer to think of it in the context in which I originally saw it, rather than as a standalone short.
