This 2015 short film was presented by Alter in 2018.

A little girl is watching a cartoon when something catches her attention. Upon investigation she finds a balloon, and then another, and then another. They lead her to the kitchen, where she finds an incredibly creepy-looking man whom I can't even describe. That's really all I want to say about the film, but it's definitely scary. Still, there's not really much of a story or character development of any kind (and no dialogue), so I couldn't rate it too highly. But it's worth a watch.
