This 2018 short film was presented by Alter in 2019.

It begins with a young girl named Anna talking to someone while she lies in bed at night. Her sister, Grace, asks who she's talking to, and Anna says there's a man floating over them. Grace says she doesn't see the man, but she believes Anna, and promises to protect her. The film then flashes forward to Anna and Grace as young women who have made a business out of Anna's ability to see spirits. They hold a séance to contact the spirit of a girl named Marybeth. Anna goes into a trance when the girl shows up and starts talking to her, and... I don't want to spoil any more of what happens. But it's a nicely atmospheric film. It gets creepy, and it has a neat twist that leaves you wanting more.
