A woman named Robyn calls up another woman named Alice, who supposedly has the ability to sense spiritual presences and communicate with them. Robyn tells her she thinks there's something in her room, and she wants Alice's help. It's actually just a prank Robyn and a couple of friends are playing, at Alice's expense. But when she comes to Robyn's house and freaks out and tells Robyn not to sleep in that room, that freaks Robyn out, for real. Still, she ignores Alice's advice, despite still being shaken by the experience when she goes to bed later that night. And in the end... well, the scare is very subtly done, but I thought it was the perfect amount of creepy.
