First I need to say that this film is dark comedy that's very reminiscent of Fargo. And it's really funny. A man named Hyrum hires a man named Dennis to kidnap a little girl named Penny. Dennis is inexperienced in such things, but he's desperate for money, since I guess he's lost his job, and his wife, Holly, is pregnant. Dennis is partnered with a more experienced criminal named Randy, though Randy isn't in the picture for very long. The real star of the film is the kidnapped girl, herself, who causes a lot of trouble for Dennis. I don't want to say any more than that, to avoid spoiling any of the fun.
