This came out in 2014 in New Zealand, and 2015 in the U.S. I first watched it in 2024, I know I did, and I have a vague sense of having liked it (but not quite as much as I'd hoped I would). But for the life of me, I can't remember any of the content of the film. So I'm not sure what I can tell you that you couldn't learn just from reading Wikipedia or something. I gather it's a mockumentary about vampires, but i'm not going to spoil it for myself by reading all the details. Oh, Taika Waititi is in it.

I am also aware of an American spin-off TV series of the same name, which I didn't want to try watching until I'd seen this movie. Now I'm not sure if I'll do so or not. According to Wikipedia, there was another, earlier spin-off series with a different name that aired in New Zealand. I'm pretty sure I have no interest in that. Anyway, I guess I'll hold onto the DVD of the movie in case I ever want to try watching it again. Hopefully a rewatch would refresh my memory. But I probably wouldn't bother watching the end credits, next time. Once is enough for that.
