This 2022 short film was presented by Alter in 2023.

Two guys running from zombies take shelter in a barn, where they find a bunch of syringes with labels that have the names of the contents blurred out, but they can make out a "C" and an "E", and think it's a cure. Since one of the guys had been bitten and feared turning into a zombie himself, he tries the cure, but... it's not what he expected. I don't want to spoil any more details about the film, but it's fairly amusing. And ridiculous.
