It's a redonkulous but sometimes hilarious show, set in an underwater research facility. Most of the characters are really incompetent and they really don't care. Except maybe for Dr. Quinn. There isn't really a plot, and the writers know it. That's what's so great about it. Also the theme song, by Calamine, totally rocks. Um, oh... I guess it's vaguely based on some old show called Sealab 2020 (IMDb), which I've never seen. Maybe I'll check it out one of these days... but probably not. Anyway, the quality of Sealab 2021 eventually declined, but for awhile I thought it was a fairly amusing show. From the days when Adult Swim was still fresh. Sorry my review sucks so much.
