This came out not long after Sam Raimi's first Spider-Man movie, and I think it was meant to be in the same continuity as that movie. Or something. The show's voice actors included Neil Patrick Harris as Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Lisa Loeb as Mary Jane Watson, which I thought was cool because I was a fan of both of theirs. (Of less interest to me was that Ian Ziering voiced Harry Osborn.) I don't remember anything specific about the show, not even how much I might have liked it. But it's something I definitely plan to get on DVD eventually, at which point I expect I'd write a proper review.
