This is a CGI series that takes place in the Z-O-M-B-I-E-S universe, which began airing in summer of 2024. It was preceded by a series of shorts in the summer of 2023. Each episode of the main series contains two segments, and usually at least one song. And I think all the characters who were in the movies are voiced here by the actors who played them in live-action.
At the start of the series, Addison and Zed have just graduated from Seabrook High, and they decide it would be fun to relive their senior year with all of the friends (humans, zombies, werewolves, and aliens) that they'd made over the course of the three movies. So they use an alien time machine to go back in time. It seems weird to me that this works without any of the events of the movies repeating themselves, plus completely new events happening. This includes a new student, a witch named Dae, who appears in a couple of episodes. We also occasionally see a sasquatch who is just called "Sasquatch", and is not a student, as far as I know. Anyway... a bunch of crazy stuff happens in each story, but I don't want to go into any plot details. I'll just say I find the show amusing, and it has some good messages, and I like how self-aware the show can be, and continuing storylines from episode to episode, including callbacks to stuff that happened in the shorts. The acting is a bit more... cartoony... than in the movies, but it's not bad. The animation isn't up to par with most big CGI movies, but that's not surprising. It's not great, but it's not bad, either. And... I dunno what else to tell you, it's just a fun show.
