This starred Roma Downey as an angel named Monica and Della Reese (who also sang the theme song) as a senior angel named Tess, who was Monica's supervisor. A bit later in the series, they were often helped by an angel of death named Andrew (John Dye). At the start of the series, Monica had just been promoted from a job in "search and rescue" to a case worker. So she and Tess were sent on missions from God to help various people. (This show was sort of a spiritual successor to Highway to Heaven, though the shows weren't related.) I'm sure I didn't watch the whole series, and I don't remember any specific episodes. But I probably liked the show well enough when it was on... even if I felt kind of weird about being attracted to an angel....
Oh, and of course the show could be considered sort of "fantasy" or "paranormal," regardless of whether you believe in the existence of angels, but still... it was mainly just a drama, I think.
