I haven't seen enough of these shows to rate them.
Samantha Brown, on Travel Channel

Samantha Brown has hosted numerous travel shows. Apparently the first one was Great Vacation Homes, but I'm pretty sure I never saw that until after first seeing her in her second series, Girl Meets Hawaii, which remains the show for which she's most familiar to me. Her third show was Great Hotels. Later there was Passport to Europe, and um... a bunch of other stuff, but I think those are the only ones I've seen any of at all. I don't know if I ever watched a full episode of any of these series, but I've often enough come across her shows while channel surfing, and stopped for at least a few minutes. I've never had enough money to travel and I don't know if I ever will, so watching someone talk about (and show us) how great all these vacation spots are could be torture. But it's not. Her shows are fun to watch because she has such a bubbly, likable personality, and of course because she's so darned attractive. I just can't manage to care that she's making me want to visit places I'll probably never be able to visit, I just enjoy watching her enjoy them.
