This first aired in summer of 1989. It was meant to be the pilot for a series, but never got picked up... until a few years later, when it was remade with an almost entirely new cast (but the same plot) as the pilot of the series Forever Knight. I don't remember the original movie very well, but I know I liked it when I saw it, and I'd love to see it again someday. Anyway, it was about this police detective named Nick Knight, who also happened to be a vampire. A vampire who wanted to become human again. And that's all I can tell you.
