I don't remember this well enough to rate it.

Coyote Waits, on PBS

This aired in 2003. There are a number of novels by Tony Hillerman, of which I'm afraid I've read none, but a few of these books have been adapted into TV movies for PBS's "American Mystery!" (just like the regular "Mystery!" except not British). The first one was "Skinwalkers," which I haven't seen, but would like to eventually. Anyway, this is the second TV movie in the series, the third being A Thief of Time, though that book was apparently written before this one. So I'm really not sure about when each story is set in relation to each other.

Anyway, all three movies are about Navajo tribal police (the main characters being Joe Leaphorn and Jim Chee) solving murders. But I'm afraid that I don't remember this movie well enough to say much about it, except that it was a good story, a bit complicated (it involved a theory about Butch Cassidy having died among the Navajo, rather than in Bolivia; but that's just part of it). I wish I could say more; maybe I'll rewatch it someday and elaborate.
