Intro: Bart paints the episode's title on the chalkboard at school. The Simpsons all arrive home and die in various ways, then there's a couch gag.

Hell Toupée: Springfield's resident jailbird, Snake, gets electrocuted, and his organs are then donated to those in need. Homer gets Snake's hair, which takes over his brain and uses him to kill the witnesses who helped convict him.

The Terror of Tiny Toon: In a parody of Stay Tuned, Marge takes the batteries out of the TV remote to prevent Bart and Lisa from watching Krusty's Halloween Itchy & Scratchy special. Bart finds some plutonium in Homers tule box, which he uses to power the remote. That ends up pulling them into the cartoon they're watching, and Itchy & Scratchy start trying to kill them. (This also slightly reminded me of Pleasantville, which opened in theaters just two days before this episode aired.)

Starship Poopers: No, it has nothing to do with Starship Troopers, despite the title. Instead, it turns out that Kang is Maggie's father, having abducted and inseminated Marge two years earlier. Now Kang wants to take Maggie to Rigel 7 (btw, their homeworld was said to be Rigel 4 in the first Treehouse of Horror). But Marge and Homer don't want to give her up, so they all go on The Jerry Springer Show in the hopes of resolving the conflict. It doesn't work.
