Intro: Ned Flanders joins the Simpsons in a seance to contact Ned's late wife, Maude. She appears as a ghost, who shows them a book titled "The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror 13" (which makes this the first episode to bear that title instead of "The Simpsons Halloween Special"; it's also the first time the title doesn't use Roman numerals).
Send in the Clones: In a parody of Multiplicity, Homer buys a hammock that turns out to make clones of him. He uses the clones to help with his chores, but things eventually get out of hand. It's all fairly amusing.
The Fright to Creep and Scare Harms: Lisa starts a surprisingly successful movement for everyone in Springfield to abandon their guns. Then the town is attacked by zombies with guns. There's also a time travel gag that I assume is a callback to "Time and Punishment" from Treehouse V. It's an amusing segment.
The Island of Dr. Hibbert: In a parody of The Island of Doctor Moreau, The Simpsons take a vacation on an island owned by Dr. Hibbert, who has been transforming people into human-animal hybrids. I'm not sure if this or the second segment was my favorite this year.
