Regis and Kathie Lee (1988-2000)

This was apparently a local show with a different title, originally. But it went national, with the title "Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee" in 1988 (hosted by Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford). I'm sure I didn't get to see it until later, probably sometime in the 90s. Anyway, it's a morning talk show, so the hosts did a lot of talking, with each other and with celebrity guests, and with the show's executive producer, Michael Gelman, and a frequent correspondent, Claudia Cohen. I watched the show with some regularity for probably a few years, but there must have also been years when I watched it rarely or not at all.

Regis (2000-01) / Regis and Kelly (2001-11)

Kathie Lee left the show in 2000, so for awhile it was just "Live! with Regis." In 2001, Regis got a permanent co-host, Kelly Ripa (whom I kinda knew from All My Children), and the title became "Live! with Regis and Kelly." I must have seen at least a little bit of the show during this era, but probably not much. I'm not sure, exactly. At least enough that... well, the idea of Kelly as a host isn't foreign to me, I guess.

Regis left the show in 2011, and then the show was called "Live! with Kelly." But she's had a number of different co-hosts since then, and I can't keep up, because I haven't watched the show at all in many years.
