Some guy likes taking voyeuristic pictures involving death. And I guess some kind of monster starts taking pictures of him, before finally killing him. It seems like this is all part of a chain of similar events; each victim of Rubberneck will become the object of someone else's picture-taking, and presumably the new picture-taker will be the next victim. I dunno what else to say. I just didn't find it very interesting or scary.
