A young couple living in a trailer park who are about to be evicted, after having lost their baby, get an unexpected addition to their family: a sort of cute and sort of terrifying creature that they call Scamp. It kills an annoying dog, and then any person who becomes a threat to them in any way. That's basically the whole story.
