No One Will Save You (PG-13), on Hulu

This film apparently got a limited theatrical release a few days before it premiered on Hulu, so I'm hesitant about putting it in my web films section... but it's still referred to as a "Hulu Original", so I guess I might as well. There is almost no dialogue in the film, but it still manages to pretty effectively convey to the viewer what's going on. Mostly. Though I really don't understand the end of the film at all.
The only major character is a young woman named Brynn (Kaitlyn Dever), who lives alone in a house that's somewhat removed from the rest of the town. We quickly learn that everyone in town hates her, and throughout the film we get hints of why that is, before the whole truth is eventually revealed. But I won't spoil that. Anyway, one night Brynn's home is invaded by an alien. She spends some time hiding from it before she finally manages to kill it. The next day, she goes into town, apparently to report the incident, but doesn't do so because it is obvious that no one is interested in talking to her. So she tries to leave town on a bus, but gets attacked by a couple of the passengers, who are aliens in human bodies (or humans with aliens controlling them via parasites, I wasn't really clear on that). So she runs back home, and has to fight off various other aliens.
I should mention that the aliens look to me like a cross between typical "greys" and something out of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark. They're definitely frightening, and they apparently have telekinesis and can disable electrical devices. But Brynn does a surprisingly good job of holding her own against them. That is, until she's eventually captured and brought into their ship via tractor beam, but after they probe her mind, they release her, and... then comes the end of the movie, which as I said, I didn't really understand. In any event, it's a fairly interesting and scary (and weird) movie. And I don't know what else to say about it, but I guess I'm glad I watched it.
